Kick voting

I think it would be good to introduce this.
If only he who created the room can kick from one voting and other team players.
Fact that there is every chance to throw the player.

Room hosts and room starters can kick people to begin with at the start of the game before starting the next one. Allowing the room host or the room creator to simply kick people at will and avoid the vote system would be ******ed and over abused.

Now I do support adding more options in the current vote kicking system for why a person should be kicked.

that would be horribly abused by players...every slightly good player would be kicked and people would use it to steal ace/mvp and such. also gives hackers abilitys to start rooms and NEVER get kicked
