after contacting them about my problem with lost email and password,now they want to ban the account.
this is just incredible....they don't believe me that my friend gave me the account,and i didn't bought it.
it's just incredible....every day i'm amazed what's happening on this site.

Maybe you should read the Terms of Service.


Registration

Termination of Usage

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership
For all games, properties, titles, and services operating under Z8Games, including but not limited to and without limitation; user accounts, game/computer code, game items/objects, characters, character names, character profile information, clans/guilds and their names, game replays/recordings, art, game assets, music, visual effects, documentation, story, game sounds, chat room transcripts, or anything else provided by our services and games are owned by Z8Games and/or its respective developers and partners. These Games and Services are protected by Canadian and international laws, and may contain certain licensed materials in which Z8Games's licensors may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.

Restrictions on Use
You agree to use the Content only for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes and not for resale or other transfer to, or use by or for the benefit of, any other person or entity. With respect to Z8Games downloading membership service, Z8Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to receive by download and/or copy, as applicable, selected portions of the content to your personal computer only.

In actual fact your friend never even owned the account, he had rights to use it, but it was Z8Games account still. Hence of someone "loaned" you something you don't give it to your friends and whatnot.

Just because you don't read the terms of service does not mean you are exempt from them. This brings to mind an April Fool's joke that some company did. In their TOS they clearly stated that by signing up for their service you released control of your everlasting soul to Satan.

Short version: It doesn't matter if you didn't read it...the TOS still applies.

LOL! I agree with every single point, with the exception of Point Number 3. As for the mods, I notice how whenever somebody asks a question that offenses Z8Games, they instantly feel obliged to post a long copy of some random code they made talking trash to the user. Also, WHAT KIND OF PERSON BANS SOMEBODY FOR SHARING??? God bless, they teach sharing in the public schools you know! Good thing your ENFORCING it.

Also, I asked a question about how to put symbols in my name. My thread got closed and was replied "it is declared a glitch and i recommend you don't try it. Which is pretty much a threat to me, and all I asked was HOW TO PUT SYMBOLS IN MY NAME. HOW HARMFUL IS THAT?!?!?!?!

Plus, I knew a long registered player who has done it. Its still proof, he cannot change his characters name. PL0X no threats there and he DID it.
