I can't delete the clan omfg!!!!

What's with this new rule :O:O you can't put people lt or delete the clan if you don't know the secret answer.
the problem is,that i don't know the secret answer and not even the EMAIL. the account i have it from a friend of mine,and unfortunately i can't speak with him,because he left the country to go work.

what can i do? it's incredible with this new thing. you can't exit a clan,even if you forgot your details.
for example on my ex account i don't know my secret answer and the email was a random one.

what can i do?
