How to contact super rewards?

I spent $20 for one of the Super Rewards Survey and did not get it yet. I sent in a report problem to them and they replied, but after giving them the information they needed, they havn't replied to my inquires since for 3 days. So I don't know what will happen now, but is there any way of contacting them other than from the inquiry page? (maybe a phone number perhaps?). Thanks.

ya, usually when u send in an inquiry, it'll say "Your Inquiry have been received", but it doesn't show that anymore =/

Thanks Rorzer, I was hoping that I can get a phone number so I can call them, but email will be a start I guess.
