File has been changed or forged. pls help me

I have a problem with the new patch, everytime i run the game, it says File has been changed or forged. i havent chang any file, never in my life. i ddnt forged anything, i have no skills for that. im not using any illegal programs as well, so what is this problem? this is my first time to encounter this. pls help me to fix this, i already tried, uninsatall, then re install again. nothing happen. gms pls help me
