my ping is usually at 47 but since the patch its been a steady 150-160 idk why i have no programs up when i run cf that i did before im trying to reinstall AGAIN now bc the first when i tryed to install again it said a file was corrupt so yeah what do i do?

use gamebooster
maybe there is lag cuz people are downloading the patch but there is no lag for me so download what i've jut said

Those programs do nothing for me, and I am experiencing the same problem. My ping is usually 180, not too good, but the last day or so it has been spiking to constant 260 or 370 depending on what game I join.

Talk to your ISP, see if they've been having connection issues or have run low on bandwidth for some reason.

Unless the Crossfire servers have started to throttle your connection, and not everyone else's who lives near you, it's probably on your end somewhere.

your ping being high should only be temporary mine did the same thing a few times. i played this game since the day after it came out. i always have a low ping like 30 or 40 being in pennsylvania. but i gave up on this game and bought css because to many people have a ping 150+ which makes for no fun for us people with low pings most the time. well good luck
