Strange Error/Problem

Before many updates my ping in uk server used to be 150-160 then after some updates it changed to 180-190 then reamin same till the date before the last 2nd update after that my ping in uk server was 330 for no reason i checked everything my downlaod speed at speedtest.net and everything was good then i thought after new update that should be ok but now wit this update also it is not solved still my ping comes 330 and i have installed full new setup and reinstalled still the same problem i dont know what is the reason so please some1 help me!!!!
