Disconnecting -.-

Hello, I need help.
If I join a game Iam able to play ~2-10 minutes and then i get a "disconnected from the Server" error or "disconnected due to incorrect map info".
I dont think that my connection to internet is bad because my Ping ingame is Ok and iam not lagging. Some1 can help mee??

uhm dude did u try to do your firewal off? because i had the same error... just try it , gl!

yes i already turned off all my firewalls but i still get the error...

I already have read this but I dont know how to do it and I dont understand all what they is iam German and cant speak good English.
