Errors with new Patch

OK me and some others have notices some messed up stuff with the new patch...

if i touch a wall jump or crouch in some spots i get.
CF Client Error code number 26_0
OR
CF Client Error code number 26_4
ans kicked to lobby, this happens abut 17 times or more per hour

Nothing i do on ANY missions EVER gets counted except kills
never logs ANY GAME WINS or plays..

Serious lag spikes, im talkin 20 to 4000 to 60 to 500 to 70

and my FPS has always been 50-60 untill the patch
now if i play longer than 30min im lucky to get 13fps

the game and my comp is not the problem. nor is my router.
i run a few of my own servers so i have my own private T1 lines.

my computer has 8 gigs of ram 3x nvidia SLI cards and a 4ghz quad processer

ive tried reinstalling the game twice. i even made a new partition with win 7 x86 same problem
then i tried with windows xp sp3 x86 same problem
all were clean installs
