XTrap Not Loading...

Ok heres the problem, when i open cf, the loading screen only gets to "initializing effect manager." Suddenly an XTrap pops up and says "some functions of the operating system are not working properly. Please, close any program which is affecting game client." I've also turned off bitdefender and put crossfire on an exception list on windows firewall. Someone please help me if you have a solution.
