Laggin on crossfire since a few days

i played crossfire now long enough and it didn't lag the whole time , just since saturday my game is lagging . when i restart my internet , it works fine , for like 1 Hour .
then my ping goes 300+ ...
help pls

People on your network are using a lot of bandwidth by doing things, such as torrenting, downloading and watching videos on YouTube.
