New Support Ticket Features

In our efforts to bring the best quality service to our users we are constantly upgrading our site and support features to ensure that everyone gets responded to quickly, efficiently, and with all the proper information.

To further this goal we have added a small limit on the amount of "new" tickets that can be submitted to us to prevent confusion and delays to our users and systems which slow down the service for some. Each account can only submit 2 new tickets every 24 hours.

This only apply for new tickets created and not replying back and forth with our support staff in the already created ticket. Please check your ticket history to check for replies to tickets already sent in and to reply back and please do not create multiple tickets for the same issue since that will just take away from someone else being able to get the help they need.
