its the same for every1. Give them about 2 months and it MIGHT be fixed -.-
Likely less than 2 months.
The buddy server has had to go through some changes since the last game patch. This is causing these errors, it is working, but can be unstable. Until we can sort out all the problems just be patient and deal with the instability. -

Again...the same problem...What happens to these servers?There are times when they work,but are times when are unstable,like yesterday and now...Please fix this problem 'cause I can't speak to may clan and I can't play clan matches....It happens to many times to be unstable...This is beginning to annoy me ...

Today I had a surprise about this problem....A friend of mine(who's not a clan member ) has logged into his account.Surprize! His friend buddy list was working...Chat too...Then I logged in with my acoount but my friend buddy list and chat weren't working...don't talk about clan buddy list...I think this problem is just for clan members...It makes me very angry....What do you say about that?

I'm so mad at Cross Fire Team, 'cause it have been all most 4 days since I can't use the clan chat...And it is the second time(for me) that a can't use it for several days...
I don't like how this team works to meet the requirements of players...Thank you so much (Cross Fire Team) for solving so quickly this problem!..........:( -
ive been back for a week playing i stopped for a while. and it hasnt worked since. the mods said they would fix it on 25th so i waited with patience. but honestly a week its been down and i know the endless people reporting this is annoying which is why i didnt open another topic. but surely you guys can put the buddy system back to the old way while you work on the new one? cause it just seems to be getting every one mad lol.

I've waited till 25th too.Then it worked just for two days and a half.And after that,the servers became unstable again....That's why I am angry now!'Cause I've hardly waited till 25th for the problem be solved,and now it happens again... -
don't forget that they spent their free time to fix all these stuff. they dont do this job for a living i suppose, so stop crying all the time. buddy server will be fixed. i dont know if it will be fixed for good or for just few days. give them a break, they will do something, they know about it and they can understand you well. they dont need cries etc.
it's sad that buddy server is down for such a long period, but give them a break guys. -

How do you know that they spent their free time to fix all these stuff??Let me tell you something : NO ONE WORKS FOR FREE IN THIS WORLD!We have the right to complain of problems we have, because WE use their product, and the money that they receive for their work is mostly from us, for buying their ZPs!You should shut up! -
Same issue, worked for a while after the patch, haven't seen it working at all since the 27th. And no, they don't do this in their spare time I imagine, it's a company and since they collect money for ZP then it's their responsibility to fix the game issues. I'm sure they're working on the problem, it must be pretty complicated since they can't seem to work it out.

The game is an OK FPS, but you know what really makes it fun? Playing with my Clan. No Buddy Server means no fun! The buddy server has been "unstable" before but never for this long!
And it's other things like that that would make me quit playing CF (were it not for my Clan). Being disconnected from games without warning! Booted off a full server when you are already on the server! Still haven't gotten all my crates from the "free crates event"! But the buddy server not working is worse than all these things! My conclusion, they should slap a big BETA sign on CF cuz it isn't ready for prime time.
They seem to be doing a better job with hacks these days (compared to earlier this year when every other game I played had a hacker) so I'll give kudos for that. -

I dont disagree that they are paid for something, but they provide this entairtenment for free. If u were in the business, u wouldnt provide ANY entairtenment for free, risking any personal cost, unless u like the project. So the basic idea is that they liked what they did, when they launched this project and i'm sure that they expected to do some stuff for free. So don't tell me that nobody does something for free.
However, u misunderstood my meanings about it. Do you really think that in a fully-paid game all these problems minor-or-not will still exist? The answer is NO, unless the company follows suicidal strategy. In conclusion, as i understand Crossfire is free-game provided by z8games, while there are options where u can pay to get some advances.
Fast answer: When u don't get paid in a regular base or when u don't have a contract protects u upon a project or when u don't know if this project will work on and how many u could earn from this, then u do the start giving candys to children and expecting their parents to pay. In other words, u sell something instead of provide it. Think about difference in "selling" and "providing".

I'm not a kid,I'm just realistic!I think you are the kid here,'cause you still believe in miracles.Nothing is made for free!Think about it!When you do something,you do it because you have an interest!Don't you think that they took in count the problem with "free game"?OF COURSE!They earn enough money from ZP,that's why they don't risk any personal cost.Why do you think that you can't buy SPOP character with GP?Because is THE MOST WANTED,and people spend lot of money to buy this character and it's related items!That's why the game is free!You should know that people who work in this domain, gain much money than a regular man!And also you should pay more attention to the Support answer : "3. How do you make money if your games are free?

You will never be required to buy anything on Z8Games unless you want to." Believe me, many people spend a lot of money on ZP!

And I forgot to say: now we can see how much they care about this problem that affects all players!Nobody announced us how much this problem will take to be fixed!Nobody says anything about this problem!And no posts here from GMs after 27 sept(when the servers crushed down)!I don't want to be mean,I'm just angry of Cross Fire Team 'cause they don't say anything about this, they treat it like it doesn't exist for us...Maybe they are working to fix it,but they should at least announce us aproximately how much will take the process of repairing...

I was not offended from ur post, i was surprised by the "shut up" thing. Anyway, no hard feelings. I see that we have different opinions about the "management" in general. That's not bad, but even if i'm new to this game, i know one fact. I never saw buddy server unstable straight for so long. If i'm wrong about it, sorry. I never said that z8games managers don't make money from z8points. It was meant to be like that. I said from my work experience view that it's impossible to depent on that only. It's gonna be hard to explain the management of such a project and i bet that the ppl dont care about it. They only care about the buddy server and they are right.
However, i strongly believe that the z8games team or whatever, they work upon the buddy server and upon other issues as well. It's risky to announce an ETA for the fixing though. Perhaps they depend on that and the game is still online, ppl can play without any -minor- problems, so they have the time to fix the buddy server once and for all. I'm among the hopers who believe in the team, cause i saw many changes since i joined this may. Concerning ofc that it's a free-provided-game.
In conclusion now, cause i dont like to post many times, I never said that Z8Games Team dont make money from selling products ingame, but about the buddy server they cant give ETA cause either they dont know the problem's solution yet (technically) either they wait to make a huge patch fixing a lot of things. Let's hope for the second one. I'm a hoper yes, i have nothing to lose, i didn't put money in the project yet, i'm just another player who likes this game and ofc i'm about to strong support any move in order to enjoy this game.

I tried this too, but it doesn't work...It says "Unable to whisper".I tried to whisper ppl in lobby,and I received the same message "Unable to whisper"...All I can do is waiting...until servers will be fixed...
