Ultimate Game Card Problem

I am attempting tp purchase ZP with my ultimate game card, however it will not let me do this because it tells me to select a server, however I am not given the option to select this... Can anyone help?

It says if for Metin2, please select a server (i.e. your metin2 server.) For CF, just leave it blank and choose Crossfire as your game.

I can't select server, but it says I have to! noone understands! Ill show a screenshot maybe then people will see and help...

I took out my e-mail and username from screenshot, but those are there... it just wont let me choose the server, but it apparently needs it...

click the dropdown box on metin 2, and click crossfire?

I think even though you press CF it gives you 20,000ZP you dont have to spend that on CF but to be sure id ask MOD or someone who has done this before i live in Canada and i dont think they are sold here.
