Bomb Glitch

I am havin serious problems when i try to arm a bomb in ghost mode. I have rapid fuse/defuse on, and i somehow have 2 on, 1 that i bought, and another i won from gp crate. i cant disable either and its causin that when i try and arm a bomb, it just kicks me out randomly.
