Time change - 8PM EST, 5PM PST

Good Luck. A quick suggestion. I'd say have all players wanting to participate be there by 7:30PM EST. So that you can have teams picked and ready to go by 8 o'clock. Limit picks to 10-15 seconds per Captain in round-robin like fashion. If they don't pick fast enough, they don't get to pick till the cycle comes around again. Quick and easy.

Well of course people should get in early. 50 is the max capacity of the vent. 5 are being used by me and my friends. So 45 is the limit. 40 people will be playing though.

I'm just saying: Specify a time where players HAVE to be in the vent to pick. Of course most people will show up early. But set a time such as between 7-730. So that there are no people complaining about showing up late and not knowing. It saves you headache. Trust me.
