Where it says 'Would you like to buy an Ultimate game card?' there should be a 'Skip' button at the bottom or a 'No, thanks' button.

I've never used PayByCash but that might help you.

after i click on would u like to use the balance it just takes me back to buying a ultamate game card

This message would only occur if you did not have enough funds.
