Crossfire.exe?

Ok, ever since the new patch, My crossfire hasn't been working, When i start it up, it says "crossfire.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" This happens every time, My firewall and virus system lets crossfire, i tryed re-installing, ( i deleted Cf first and re-installed it ) I shut-downed my pc and on again, apperently the new patch works for other people since iTwAsLucK was able to play, but not me , If it helps, i am using XP

Redownload the .exe, it should work...

I did, Re-installed everything...

1.Uninstall then re-install
2. Or re-install without uninstalling.

I re-installed already, why is people giving me that suggestion?

I need help , i re-installed it 2 times, everytime i un-intsalled them and deleted the leftover files, I tryed most common suggestions, i think my only hope is to wait for min-patch and pray to god it cures it :P
