help please

i cant get on crossfire once it passes the mini gameguard screen pops up my screen goes black and stays black. if it helps it started after my dad rebooted his computer.

It does that for me too you just have to leave it alone for 3-5 min. then the log in screen shows, but if you leave it at the log in screen for too long the server times out so be carreful to pay attention to it.
