I hope you realize that "fuck" has many different meanings. It does not only mean sex but putting yourself in a worse condition or situation as well. Say you commit a crime and you get caught. Then you are fucked. Typically that is what is meant when someone says that. It is basically saying "screw yourself over" or however you wish to say it.
