Z8's ethics?????

I bought some creates and had a issue with 2 of them now keep in mind I bought a s#*tload of them. But only had a issue with 2 of them. I spun the dial and when the creates opened up the 3 circles that sposed to have items in them instead 3 black uniformed soilder's appeared in the circles then they disappeasred and I recieved no items for those creates. So like a good customer I went to support and submitted a ticket. Check out how Z8 does the Business:


THEY ASK ME TO WAIT TO HEAR FROM TECH THEN CLOSE THE TICKET...WTF
I know admin is gonna delete this thread cause appearently thaty is how they handle things. your not the first person to have problems opening crates

you were told that it was being sent to technical support and that it may or may not be fixed.
This seems like an answer to me

You taken the matter up again with support, i see no reason for this thread to have been made in the first place

Well I guess it is a big deal or otherwise why don't they just return to me the 2 creates?
I mean come on think about it must of happened and to try to blow me off by blaming my internet instead of admitting it is the game is bullcrap and a punk move. I mean really if I was gonna run some type of scam you think a person would be smart enough to at least say a fair amount like 10+ creates.

I spend $42.99 on 50k zp and didn't get it. I sent a support ticket and in a couple of days they got back to me. There are only a limited number of z8 employees and they don't work on weekends, you have to have patience. They said that they understand the problem and that it was sent to technical support to be fixed, what is the problem?

You already said you bought tons of crates,am i right?Why do you want to have those 2 crates back then,buy new ones or dont buy any new crates no more.

Helping someone whos unpatient and someone who writes to the support which wants to HELP him "What the **** what is this crap"?People with no respect shouldnt be respected,imo.
