Super Rewards not giving ZP

I complete the offer with valid information, click confirm on the confirmation email, and they don't give me ZP. So then i file an inquiry or w/e, provide a confirmation email and copy the entire last page showing proof that i completed the offer, and they say "not awarded".






Obvious proof that i completed the offer, so why am i not getting my zp? I'm definitely old enough, the information is valid, i live in the USA so its not "super rewards hates UK" as someone else said.

I've "filed inquiry" or whatever it is for all of them, they dont respond for some of them, and for other they say "not awarded"
