clan points

Clan points are not crediting on the clan list page same day, they are running 1 day late now for the past 2 nights, why is this and when will it be corrected. Also under player profile/statistics the is also not displaying live exp. Has been so for quite some time when will this be corrected? both are important to the serious clan leader/player.
