you must be in one terrible college. or just cannot handle the amount of material. what are you trying to major in btw
and i wasn't around for cal..i grew up on esea. -
dumbest thing i have ever heard. congrats
still haven't told me what you're majoring in so i can picture what kind of a person you are
BS chemical engineering (not bio)
materials science minor - emphasis on selection and application of materials
math minor - partial diffeq and tensor analysis
french minor
looking at possibility of grad school
material science, math, eman, or mba
most likely material science if i decide grad school -
im a junior..i'm in pre-calc with trig. next year i take statistics because i'm going to have to take calculus in college. sir.
and i wasn't around for cal..i grew up on esea.
you make it sounds like you have a rigorous schedule. thing is i have taken ap stats, ap physics b and pre-calc accelerated during junior year. this year i took ap calc bc and ap bio. of course with the addition of standard classes.
so far a 4 for stats and a 5 for physics. getting grades for these two aps by august but i'm sure i got 5s on both.
not impressive at all
so @ the title of the thread... if you actually stood out maybe someone would like you as well.
peace -

It's not. I take the easiest schedule possible so i can maintain a good gpa. why would i **** up my gpa by taking an ap class that i know im going to fail? my goal is to get into a decent college where i can begin my pre-law studies (or cj..haven't decided yet) and go 4.0 there.
AP classes have a 1.1 curve...
many people have over a 4.0 due to AP classes, 4.4 being max
i suppose in your situation it is best to keep out of above-average difficulty classes if you think you are bound to fail.
so ya gl with that -

thats one thing i thought was dumb was the elevated curve for AP/AC classes when dual enrollment counted as regular gpa
high school gives you a chance to do well on an AP exam and not have to pay for the credits in college. this of course comes with additional study time and the 1.1 curve is usually deserved. if you were jealous about someone having a higher gpa due to AP classes then you should have taken some too -

i still think the curve was dumb. the whole point of challenging yourself is to challenge yourself
the study time and whatnot was pretty much the same as non ap classes, you just were expected to not turn in crap -
i took plenty of ac/ap classes, and i got a's in them for the most part

fk the class itself. in the end you're studying for an AP exam which is the only important thing -

i took ac as much as i could so i could have actual graded units to pad my gpa incase i had a bad semester, turns out the planning worked
and not learning the material is a bad idea, calc 3 can be a ***** -

math and science has always been easy for me, so who knows.
also who said i am not learning the material. you need to know the material well to do good on the AP. anyway done talking about this. later -
Cool! You're 7 and can call others kids!
On a serious note, people troll on the cf forums because the majority of this forum are illogical. That goes for all free games. Go to ESEA or WoW and the people their are smarter and are less likely to get trolled. You get trolled because you are dumb as fuhk and you give fail trolls stuff to talk about.
just because they respond with more logical answers doesn't mean they aren't getting trolled. -
