Hack or bug ?

Some moment I was playing and got killed , so I was in one of my team mate to spectate. this guy was shoothig but no sound from eithet the gun or the pistol , but all the rest of the sound were ok. I questioned him about that but he did not reply.
Has anyone remarked this before or now ?

its a glitch

sometimes it only gives a sound and the gun / knife does not move

Ah ok then and thanks for the answer . LOL I thought that it was a new hack .
