I was just doing some surveys about 200 zp surveys and then i found a survey that was 13k zp i clicked it and then it told me to put my details and i did, but then it said a credit card, now credit card isnt free? so why put it in the free survey page?

There are free surveys and there are paid surveys. Learn to read.

Well i think they mean its free coz in this "free zp section" you dont have to pay Z8 games for ur ZP i think ...
