support takes up to 3 days if after the 3 days have passed a pm to [GM]saidin would be best obviously you will still have to provide him with enough details to prove your ownership of the account

it doesn't matter if you swear its your account you must provide information to prove its your account plus saying you made a clan and saying your the leader wont help because anyone can view that on the clan page, so information that is required is to be information no one but you knows e.g. security answer, email registered to the account etc etc
