I quoted you and said you do exactly this when you said lets ignore the important things.Thats what mostly goes on here considering the bann list was removed because no one was being banned in the first place.Yes people get banned but not the proper ones.Lame as no zp byers get banned.The whole clan Free_home hacks.Its like they give em out there.But they all buy zp and I bet if I sent in a spop ho getting 16 hs with one clip as they run out of spawn wont get banned.If they were a 1 time zp buyer yeah theyd get banned.But z8 wouldnt bann a weekly zp buyer if they had to.

Bans are still being set. Of course they always have been, hence the name ban list. You just don't see them put up on a list.
You can't report a whole clan. I don't care if they all hack, proof is regularly required.
Plenty of ZP buyers get banned. In fact, all of them, that hacks. This is kind of laughable as there has been several threads highlighting bans on heavy ZP customers, as well as the ban-list itself.
I certainly hope you can't get your hands on a replay of one guy killing 16 players instantly from spawn, as the rooms are limited to 15 opponents and no friendly fire. Nice scenario though.

Vaporizer you cant just watch youtube video's and claim your a programmer.
There's alot more then youtube video tutorials.
Rather then only knowing the code you have to know the structure and how it works, plus MAJORITY of youtube video's only cover the basic concepts.

People don't understand that there are no more cheaters, except for VIP's which no one uses, and majority of the competitive teams are legit, and in leagues you use AC.

I've seen this argument many times not only here, but when I moderated for War Rock as well. It is absolutely ridiculous to think that a company will not ban someone just because they have spent money on the game.
Dot explained the entire situation earlier. Hundreds of reports are submitted on a regular basis and there are only a handful of people that are empowered to handle those replays and issue bans. Like Dot said, each replay can take upwards of 20 minutes to review. From personal experience I can tell you that a significant portion of the reports are completely false, which wastes the GM's time since they need to watch the entire replay just to find out that the person wasn't cheating.
As far as the anticheat goes, Xtrap is more effective than any other anticheat system that I've seen in any free to play FPS game. Sure, there are always going to be at least a few working hacks. The people that write them have far more time on their hands than the people who work at Xtrap. If you hadn't noticed, there are less hackers in Crossfire than any other popular online FPS right now. Regardless, you will always see some level of hackers...it's just a fact of life with free to play games.
As far as ping is concerned, you can't expect everyone to have low pings when the game supports so many locations. Yes, there has been a slight increase in ping, but mine went from 30 to 50. While I do agree that some sort of ping limit should be instituted, lag in FPS games is also a fact of life.
As far as glitches are concerned, a large report of the current glitches has been reported to the developers. Most people think that Z8Games wrote the game and maintains the code/maps. This is patently untrue. The game is made and maintained by Smilegate. While Z8 can request fixes, ultimately it is Smilegate's responsibility to fix them. So please, do not blame Z8 for issues that are not directly under their control.
One last note to the original poster: you claim that this game is "falling apart". Oddly enough, you're completely wrong. We continue to set records on a weekly basis and Crossfire is as strong as ever. -
It's expected.
On almost every free game out there is SOME type of way to cheat the game. This game it's hacks. For runescape it's bots (which I proudly use, and are awaiting site to come back up so I am strolling on teh forums) But really. People don't pay enough money for this game to get efficient updates. Either that or Z8 staff are just pocketing it and having a few vacations.
But seriously. Here are a few things I think.
1. They don't know how to code (notice copy and paste from other CF versions.
2. They don't care about us players just the money. Or we would have better servers.
3.They don't really ban that often. If they do it's because they never bought zp before (which would mean less money for them)
4.Or they would've banned the BR by now.
5.They don't really care about the players. Just the money.

1. The ZP bought has already made Z8 games money
2. Once banned players can make new acc and spend more money if there are indeed "ZP buying hackers"
3. If they didn't ban zp buyers there would be a whole lot more hackers and a ton more QQ...

Hacks are being banned. but with all the kids that call hak every game. im sure z8 is flooded with thousands of reports. get in line and freakin relax. they are doing what they can, adding one more among 10million raging pointless QQing threads about hacks is getting us no where. -

Thats actually 16-38. Besides, its not our job to run the company. That's up to the GM's. We are community volunteers who give up our personal time to deal with people griping about every little problem.

Mods range from 16 (I assume sixteen, I don't know whos the youngest) to late thirties.Lol yeah with mods ranging from 16-19 years of age I now understand why nothing is being done proper.
