HIGH ping

heloo guyz .about 2 weeks ago i had 144 ping and in the last 5 days i had 189!!!!!!!!!!!!.plz what can i do to improve my ping(dont say close other freakin programs)

use ccleaner and gamebooster

i have the same problem and i runned cc cleaner... it started after i used gamebooster...

Gamebooster and cc cleaner. Oh and also don't for get to defrag your system AND clean up your register using Eusing Free Registry Cleaner.
That will lower your ping.

Weird my ping actually lowered. I joined East Coast servers and my ping was 90-98 most of the time it's 110-115

Start > Run. Type 'prefetch'.
Delete everything in that folder.
Then delete ur Browsing History.

Then clear ur Recycle Bin.
Turn on Game Booster.

Then ur ping will be better.

Note: check ur internet connection. Becuz ping is jsut the rate of speed ur computer is to the CF server.

What kind of folder is the "Prefetch Folder"?
