Updating PROBLEM

everytime i update the game , it comes a error standing "Failed to Copy Patch File"

the data is : gc_4box.exe or something like that ...

I had another trouble with the new patch. In order to my character to jump i have to set the keys and change "space" and touch the "space bar" because my keyboard is in spanish. Now this option is not working as before. Last night it was working perfectly.
Please find a solution to this trouble.

And please dont tell me to set the keyboard to us english, cause i need it in spanish, and it worked perfectly like that until this new patch.
