FPS And Ping
Hi I'm from Argentina and wanted to know why there is so little FPS, and much PING, and fixed and I'm not alone in having problems with FPS and PING many Spanish speakers have had the same problem as me, hope can help or know what is happening...
PD:Would be great to create a server for Hispanic Hispanic people do not have much lag

Let me lay a little knowledge on you
FPS - Frames Per Second is the speed in which your computer runs images thorough your display. >>>This is not affected whatsoever by connection at all<< lower-end computer parts tend to have alot less preformance then the higher-end parts. and becuase they have better overall preformance, they tend to give better FPS. If you want to improve this, buy better computer parts.
PING - This is the time it takes data to reach your destination,do its stuff, and make it back to you. This is affected by two major factors: Location, and internet type. Naturally being closer to the destination give the data less travel time so ping is reduced. Having a better quality internet connection also helps becuase more data is sent out at once, meaning less time sending/receiving data. -
fps solution? EVGA GeForce 9500 GT is cheap (around $60 usd) and provides more then what is needed to supply you with an excellent FPS.
Ping solution? Move closer to the servers and get a better internet conection. you are litterly on the other side of the world from the servers. -
lol I have a computer with a 4GB of RAM, GForce 9800 GT, AMD ATHLON X4 2.68 GHz is a bad computer? and I have a connection of 512kb, and todabia not because I have both had lag before and could not play well but I can not hope to be able to resolve this problem: D

Get a green card and play CF in the USA.
No more ping problems for you.
