Yea don't leave games and I think team kills also plays a part in honor, if you already have bad honor playing games to the end should fix it eventually.

go into a game and hit ESC and ENTER twice really really fast, and it will slowly fix it. id say doing that about 500-100 times

Don't ragequit, and when you rankup, eventually, you'll get it back steroided. Besides, honour is useless.
