Problems with launching

I downloaded the newest version of the game. I use Windows XP and Kaspersky. It worned me against Crossfire but I chose to let Crossfire do everything. I click on the icon, choose "start game', then HGW appears. Once it disappears nothing more happens. As a process, Crossfire is still on but nothing more happens.

but in my case after 8 minutos the crossfire work but in the lobby
throw a message that says hack tool detectec (obviously i don't use hacks and i began hate the programmers of this game)
