Learn to accept it. It's a lottery, not a store. When you buy a crate, you are guaranteed NOTHING more than three random items. It is not a scam or a fraud. Many people are lucky enough to win the guns, many people are not. If you spend ridiculous amounts of money and win nothing, you have nobody to blame but yourself. Spend no more than you are willing to lose, and stop acting like spending large amounts of money entitles you to something other than what you got. You could spend hundreds of dollars on scratch tickets from a gas station, that doesn't entitle you to the jackpot any more than spending hundreds of dollars on crates does.

I spent real money to get that weapon and some person spends 2k gp and gets it? no way is that fair.

Who said it would be? Its all about luck, chance, and more luck. I spend over 150k on the Xm8-Adv up to date but i dont really care.

Actually ure really unlucky or u can try this method

So what ima gonna tell u here is a trick that once worked i think on march patch and im not sure if it works now... So when u spin the crates it has a 5 lines (u must find them or else u cant do this trick...).Well u gotta find the first line and always stop at that point but buy 20 by 20 crates... U should get it in maximal 15 crates... Thats how i got it and here is the proof:
