i use a redemption code ...rixty $8.99 and follow the way how to use it everything went alright except after my purchase no zp was added to my H.U.N.T.3.R ign ACCOUNT'

when i checked my rixty account they charged $8.99 (- it)from my account there that means i purchase this 10k zp...so wheres my 10 k zp ....it's not on my account.im starting to think "what a rip off " cause i sent support ticket and no reply.
