Okay, this is the message I received on my other account that owned SpankDaHobo and I changed it so I could get this account to that name.

If you are trying to change your name to something you owned previous the name change will likely fail.

This is a database quirk that we can not get around.

However we can change the name manually.

You will need to still purchase the name change card as normal. Attempt to change your name and if you get an error message please contact support.

It took a long time for support just to get to this plus I had to buy 2 name change cards on each account AND it was all for nothing?

I see by the days, Z8Games support continues to fail and they do not care anymore about their players or their customers because they have gotten their share of profit and is just trying to leech more money out of everyone of us here without caring for us or helping us.

Well, I would if I could but apparently my account is screwed over also, it says I cannot change any information because apparently, I am not over 13 years old.... Still waiting for that in support also.
