Hi All i lvl up to sergeant but i didn't get my 20.000GP can someone tell me why after lvl up i was it 20.500GP and before lvlup i was with 20.755GP pls help me

yeah erm there a 10,000 bounus as well for rookie isnt there? just made a new account after being gone for a while and im still stuck on my original 50,000 cuz i havent spent anything? im soon to be seargent so if i dont get 20k too then somthings up.....
