Vote Upgrade

As you can only have 1 vote per round, how about making a vote upgrade that you could buy with gp? It would give 2 more votes per s+d, gm, elim etc. and 1 more per tdm?

Think of Legits, For example:

If I kill him kick me 20 times an hour I will kick, only 2 times is enough ... the hacker's Report and just wait they are bans one day ..
