the game took my coupons

I had a 100 coupons so I had to redeem them for something before opening more crates, so I got one of the weapons, but the game took out more coupons than it should have (ie; weapon was 70 coupons, the game took 89 coupons). Has this happened to anyone else? I didn't take any screenshots because I never had a problem when redeeming the coupons...

what should I do? I don't want to lose out on them since it took me awhile to build them up.

who asked you for screenshots of that? but anyways we did notice some of those issues recently have have been fixing them while also making sure the issue is resolved so no one else has this problem.

If for any reason you have lost coupons recently after using the black market then please PM me with your loginID and date/time of the issue. We will then look into this and return to you any lost coupons. Sorry for the trouble.
