Crossfire wont start

yeah so i started crossfire today...the patch ran fine, no errors were shown. The patch finished, HGW, and x-trap loaded but then nothing happens. Crossfire.exe is in processes but the game doesnt pop up..i reinstalled cf but still same...any ideas??

its avg internet security..been working until patch..give me some more idea while i uninstall avg and disable firewall to rule out any issues with those..

turning it off doesnt work..it would still show up in processes..but anyway, i completely uninstalled my antivirus and now it works..kinda sucks but it works..good luck to everyone!

reinstall AVG you just need to add z8games folder to AVG's exceptions list and it will run fine getting rid of your anti-virus isn't a good idea
