Settings will not save.

I set my settings to custom. blood sound effects etc. and i click save. It says settings safed. but second i re-open the settings menu its gone. and my in games effects arent what i want. also theres no cflog folder in my documents. how do i fix this?

Have you tried running as Administrator? Right-Click and Run as... or Run as Administrator.

I have the same problem I tried running as Administrator but it cannot be fixed. How do I fix this??
