I took several in the last four days and got about 30,000 ZP so they seem to work for me. About ten that I took were dead ends but what the hell!

Technically, they don't HAVE to fix anything. Just an FYI.

As sober said, they dont have to fix it, this is problem of survey´s providers.. Next time do some printscreen while doing the survey and send it to a provider tech support, they should give zps to you anyway

its working but not all surveys will give ur zp. U can send report to the survey itself
