ping became too high

Hello I am Anurag. In game name "ikilljoe"
I am a regular player of crossfire.
I am from India. In spite of ping problem here I like the game very much.
When I started playing crossfire my ping was about 350.
After launching UK server it reduced to 250 and with that game was much playable.
But in the past 2 days whenever I enter a game, it shows my ping over 800 even 1000.
I can't play the game with that.
My broadband plan is same as previous but suddenly the ping gets so high!!
I am clueless now.
can anyone give me any suggestions??

Well Anurag, I feel for you having 250 ping and considering it as 'playable'.

atleast with 250 ping I can make "ace" in some SD and GM games. But now its hopeless.
250 ping is enough for me to play.
