Whats the point of having a suggestion section in hte forums?

Whats the point? there have use to be really great suggestions all the time, but now the new ppl to the forums go and spam it, so no GMs or MODs really look there often, and wen there is a realyl good suggestion, it wont be seen by anybody important to CF, now its just killing its own purpose, just shut it down, or put a post count limit on it (if there is an option in the admin panel)
