forums does help but best way is : ( very awsomly detailed )

#1- get ur clan together
#2- all join same pub. room
#3- you must RA.PE and show that you're pro
#4- advertise like crazy in the match

this way people see you're pro and they'll be like "omg they sooo pro i must join" :P
