aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!

my laptop just got fixed and my whole harddrive had to be wiped and i downloaded crossfire again for the first time since i got my computer back from the shop and it worked fine for a couple days but today i got on this morning and it worked good but later in the evening my brother didn't do anything to it or anything and tryed getting on but after he clicked start that freakin ******ed window that only says "ok" popped up and he clicked the "x" in the right top corner and it broght him to this stupid game protection site or something like that and he exited and tryed again a few times and the same thing happened so he redownloaded the game but that stupid window keeps coming up and it wont let us play crossfire!
so please help me with my problem,

easy solution - kill all cf and gameguard processes in the task manager, wait 5 minutes and it should work again.
