High Ping In The Game

i tested my ping by pingtest.com for What is my ping on a host in UK. i have 80 ping ms. In the game it's 200 and over, never static. What is source of this ping? i have 196 ping before UK servers, and it's worse...

still over 200. it's continue i have 250 ping in Alpha Servers.

Same problem for me.
My pingtest always displayed me results between 16 and 30ms
But recently, my ping is over 200 on crossfire, all my other applications are ok like before.
Has the server changed place or hosting or something?
What happened?

Same for me. I have should have 60 ms but on UK Server I have 200. On Alpha I have 150. And also same for popo*

U guys suk X)

Just buy a faster net ... and if ur PC can "handle" that speed , then u'll have 20-60 Ping ...

i think u arent understand:) we explain clearly. This isnt about Internet Connection Quality or more faster. CF dont need Fiberoptic Connection like 50 mbps. Our connection typs's enought. The player have 80-90 ping who have got better bad connection type from me. i have got Win7 op.sys. 4 mbps connecton type and AtI Radeon 3870 512 mb/256 bit. I am playing with low FPS and HIGH ping...

This is a test for connecton type.

I am a player from Egypt and since a long time ago, Egyptian players have been getting a lot of ping status lagg every couple of hours. My ping is usually 80 ( in uk server)and when the lagg happens it reaches up to 500. but at all times my ping reaches from 80 to 170 and i have to quite the game and re-enter several times to get my ping back to 80. i have called my internet provider several times as they assured me that there is not a problem with the internet connection speed. so i have concluded that the uk server isnt receiving Egyptian players correctly. Today i cant even play in all servers, it keeps telling me disconnected from server. please fix this problem.

I used to have a very low ping: between 16 and 30!
Why did this change? My PC and my connexion always worked well.
3 weeks ago my ping was 17, now this is 170... That's not my PC or my connexion...
