Coupons suddenly away - Pls help Z8!!

Hi,

i have a big problem and don't know how to solve it

About 3 or 4 days ago i had 25 coupons. While playing i was disconnected from the game. When i returned into the game i saw that there was only ONE coupon remaining, the other 24 coupons were disappeared.
I surely did not exchange them and there is nobody excepting me who knows my password!
I already tryed to restart the game, restart the computer and so on, but it all didn't help.
I wrote a support ticket at the same day, but I didn't receive a reply yet.
I've payed much money for this coupons and I need them to buy the M4A1 Custom.

Please help Z8!
I need them back.

lol send in a support ticket you cant buy anything with 24 coupons anyway haha its probably just a bug they will probably ask for your In Game Name to see what happened to your coupons

I already wrote a support ticket, but there is no reply yet.
Yes I know that i can't buy everything with 24 coupons but it's almost the half of the m4 custom. Furthermore for receiving coupons you have to buy zp and this costs money, so i've payed for this coupons!
I hope that the support team will contact me as soon as possible.

you get coupons from crates you dont pay for the coupons you only pay for the zp support replies will take up to 2 days possibly longer

yes I've payed for the crates. There I won the coupons, so i payed indirectly for the coupons

Anyway, i urgently need someone who can restore this coupons.

yes of course, the ZP were lost at the moment where i payed for the crates, i won coupons that i didn't use, but they disappeared without have been exchanged.
