there is a fly hack well not really flying but theres a hack where they can jum up and go across map some kind super jump hack

It's possible, but I never play GM, this happened to me in S&D.

NProtect is GameGuard neither way it has not worked well for us since beta stages.

I'm surprised people are still whining over this simple matter, there has been hacks since the late beta stages and you still can't get over it. You expect the GM's to be there for everything, let me remind you. The game is FREE. Of course you would get better support for CS:S or a CoD game, because you actually have to pay for it so they would care more about there community.

Play with a friend, or clan mates and kick the hackers while you can. Do your part in reporting, and maybe hackers will come down to a minimum.
