Level Problem

I found a bug in the Leveling. i was a much higher rank and i went in a hiatus for a couple of months not playing CF, i come back and im ranked below someone who can even join a clan yet i am the chief of my Clan Shake and Bake. so this confuses me

plus my XP and my K/D is MUCH higher then anyone else who has this rank

i was wondering if i can get this fixed. at first i didnt care bc its just a rank but i want to purchase weapons that are higher grade now so i was hoping for a fix.

You have to be clanless to join a clan.

im stating i was demoted in XP rank to a level that means i cant join/make a clan. and bc of this and being a chief of my clan its CLEAR that this is a bug. its something to help prove my point to show that im not QQ'ing and wanting free xp.

i just want back what i had earned.

Hi Yes, I can appreciate you bumping threads at 1:40am, but it's clearly stated in the stickies that you should submit a support ticket for level/xp/gp issues.

My apologies, i was hoping this could be fixed or i could be directed via the forums before bugging the tech support people, i had also sent a PM to Fallen, as this is usually the venue i use, but when he didnt respond i made a post. as for 1:40am bumping, i was trying to give adequate time for Fallen or any other GM to respond to the thread during their work day, as i remember we have GM's from all over the world, so 1:40am to me and you could be a work day to someone else.

I have sent a support ticket to Tech support and hope for a timely response.

There's no bother when submitting a support ticket. That is what they are there for!

It usually takes around 24 hours to get a response and as long as you've given them enough information you should avoid a canned response. If for some reason things don't work out you can attempt to PM one of the GM's for further clarification.

Account issues, no matter what type are never handled in the public setting as talking about account details here could compromise your account as well as the fact that no one in the public setting can really do anything to help your situation.
